For over 14 years Day has worked with CEO's, executives, and athletes in the areas of health, fitness, and success. Day created YourDay Inc in 2004 and is currently the president and founder. His current certifications include ACE, pre and post natal, esquire stretch, TRX suspension and CPR certified.

Day has created a game that has been played by hundreds of people, a teaching methodology on how to play the game and a philosophy on how to BE the Game. The game is called “The B.A.L.A.N.C.E. Game” , the teaching methodology is called “C.H.A.R.A.C.T.E.R. Fitness” and the philosophy is called “YourDay“.
