I believe intense, consistent physical exercise to be the single most important discipline I have engaged in over last 19 months. Discipline in this area has caused a ripple effect in every significant area of my life. In 2010, after nearly five months of a sedentary lifestyle, I exercised at least 30 minutes per day every day for 78 days straight. Since that time I have maintained a minimum of 45 minutes per day, five days a week. It changed my life. -Doug Grady

In this session we will explore the power of the human body to create breakthroughs in every area of your life. We will begin with a workout led by transformational trainer, Day Adeogba. In the workshop portion you will learn:
